Our Miami office is conveniently situated near the Port of Miami, the world's busiest cruise port and one of the US' fastest growing container ports. Opened in 1998 to enable dedicated focus on the local cruise industry, the team has since then established a reputation for providing highly knowledgeable, efficient and effective service to an ever growing portfolio of cruise principals and associated organisations.
The office is managed locally by Florida Operations Director Pam West. She leads a dedicated team of travel professionals with considerable knowledge and expertise in both cruise and cargo vessel operations.
