Our Global Support Centre (GSC) was established in Mumbai in 2003. GSC provides Griffin with the opportunity to rationalise and centralise a range of administrative support functions in the areas of operations, finance and accounting, IT development and maintenance, and management information reporting.
GSC has greatly assisted Griffin in the standardisation of processes and service standards across our global network of offices, as well as removing much administration from the point of customer contact, enabling ever increasing focus on delivering the very best experience for our clients when they contact any of our locations.
GSC is also the hub of Griffin’s IT and MIS development, delivering a custom-designed technology platform to benefit both our network of offices and ultimately our clients around the world. The most visible client benefit and the main point of customer contact with GSC is our out-of-hours emergency support, a role that given the 24/7/365 operation of GSC, it is ideally suited to provide.
GSC is headed by General Manager Mr Ali Hussain, who leads a series of teams specialising in operations, finance and accounts, IT and MIS.
