A Commitment to Quality Around the World
Griffin’s integrated global approach ensures we deliver the same high standards and quality of service across our network. Our commitment to the pro-active management of quality in our processes is demonstrated by our ongoing commitment to ISO certification.
To date, 80% of key offices have gained certification in ISO 9001 – London, Global Support Centre, Aberdeen, Southampton, Miami, Houston, Singapore, Mumbai, Athens etc. The process of working towards certification for the remaining offices is still ongoing.
At the same time Griffin has started a programme for certification in the Environmental ISO 14001: 2004 standard. Currently Southampton and London are the first two offices to gain this accolade.
To attain ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 14001: 2004 certification, each Griffin office must achieve and maintain exacting standards that are regularly audited both in-house and by an external accreditation body.
